\u2022 Fix Accountability: Analyse acquittals, identify lapses and ensure accountability at every stage.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Inter-Agency Coordination: Strengthen daily coordination among Prosecutors, <\/span>@DelhiPolice<\/a><\/span> and FSL, including effective IO briefings. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Quality Prosecution: Strengthen pre-trial scrutiny of charge-sheets, minimise adjournments and ensure timely production of witnesses.<\/p>\n

Justice delayed cannot become justice denied. Every avoidable delay and lapse must be addressed. Directed all concerned agencies to act with urgency, coordination and accountability to strengthen prosecution and ensure more effective delivery of justice.<\/span><\/div>\n
