They appreciated the transformative social impact of the initiative in enhancing youth employability, bridging the skill gap, and creating a future-ready workforce. Representatives from NSDC also shared valuable insights on national best practices, collaborative models and avenues for strategic partnerships, further enriching the deliberations. The meeting concluded with a collective resolve to foster enduring partnerships that will significantly strengthen Chandigarh&#8217;s skilling landscape .<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Sh. Amandeep Singh Bhatti, PCS, ADC-cum-Secretary, Indian Red Cross Society, U.T., Branch Chandigarh today distributed participation certificates and gifts to 40 under privileged girls who successfully completed a three month Training &amp; Stitching programme organized by Chandigarh Red Cross. The programme was conducted on free of cost basis as a part of the Society\u2019s women empowerment initiatives.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">The Secretary encouraged the girls to actively participate in various vocational training programmes being organized by Chandigarh Red Cross to become financially independent and self reliant.
