Vice President of India, Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan, will undertake a visit to Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Keralam and Lakshadweep from August 29 to 31, 2026.<\/p>\n
During the three-day visit, the Vice President will participate in a series of programmes encompassing education, public service, cultural heritage, industry-academia collaboration, fisheries outreach and major public celebrations.<\/p>\n
Visit to Tamil Nadu and Karnataka on August 29<\/strong><\/p>\n On August 29, the Vice President will attend the Founder\u2019s Day Celebration of the Kongu Vellalar Institute of Technology Trust (KVITT) at Erode, Tamil Nadu.<\/p>\n Later in the day, Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan will travel to Bengaluru, where he will be the Chief Guest at the centenary celebrations of former Karnataka Chief Minister Shri Ramakrishna Hegde at the Vidhana Soudha.<\/p>\n Visit to Keralam on August 30<\/strong><\/p>\n On August 30, the Vice President will visit Keralam, beginning with Alappuzha, where he will attend the 115th anniversary celebrations of\u00a0Kerala Kaumudi<\/em>\u00a0at Leo XIII Higher Secondary School.<\/p>\n He will thereafter proceed to Pathanamthitta to inaugurate the\u00a0Aranmula Water Festival 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Later, Shri C.
